Do jego zadań należało sporządzanie aktów dobrej woli zawieranych przez strony, takich jak: akta kupna-sprzedaży, umowy, zapisy, cesje, legaty, intercyzy przedślubne, pełnomocnictwa itp. Kancelaria istniała w latach 1847-1856.
