Notariusz funkcjonował w oparciu o rozporządzenie Prezydenta RP z 27.09.1933 r. wprowadzjące ustawę "Prawo o notariacie". Do jego zadań należało sporządzanie aktów dobrej woli zawieranych przez strony, takich jak: akta kupna-sprzedaży, umowy, zapisy, cesje, legaty, intercyzy przedślubne, pełnomocnictwa, zawiązywanie spółek itp. Kancelaria istniała w latach 1934-1939, 1945-1946.
