About the Creator:
Pierwszy kościół w Janikach Wielkich istniał już w XVI w. Do połowy XVIII w. Janiki Wielkie i sąsiednie wioski tworzyły odrębną parafię ewangelicką. Brak pastora spowodował jej wcielenie do parafii Jaśkowo. W 1858 r. parafia miała 234 mieszkańców, a w 1939 r.- 340.
